I have had a pair of these for several months now. They are the best price/performance I have found. Mine have a glitch, about once every three days the speakers suddenly power off for no discernable reason, requiring someone to go up and push the power button to turn them back on. Their sound quality is beyond amazing for $260 dollar speakers. I have mine plugged into my DVR's spdif connection, and get full surround sound that is crystal clear.

Let me start off by saying these things absolutly destroy (In a good way). I was going to pickup some lower grade sound system when this piece caught my eye, it cost $300 and thanks to boxing day sales I managed to pick mine up for $230, after setting everything up, I wanted to see how loud these things can go, so I put in some heavy bass songs, AND MY HOUSE SHOOK. AMAZING QUALITY, AMAZING SOUND, AND IF YOU WANT YOUR NEIGHBOURS TO BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN TO THE GROUND BECAUSE OF THE NOISE BUY THESE!

In this day you MUST be cautious w/ how you spend your $. I always am. I am a musician/DJ/Singer.
I broke my back carrying the BIG PAs during my years touring the country.NOW, I use this GREAT system to plugin my 12-channel mixing board thru which goes my Korg workstation, FX BOARD; DIGITECH Harmonizer & whatever else and I ROCK ! I don't need to repeat the specs here. I just wanna pass this forward--I've owned this for well over a year and IT MORE THAN DOES THE JOB. Thanks for reading. happy holidays & Merry Christmas, Don

Seriously, these are freaking awesome, i work for Gamestop and they use this set up for their entire store, after the store closes we usually stick our ipod/zune into it and pump it, my gawd...tenacious D never sounded so good...
plain and simple, these are worth the money, its barely cranked to about 25%-35% during the day and we can still hear everything clearly even over all the noisy kids and parents(not that we want to, those coms play all day long over and over!!)

Wow is right. When I was first taking it out of the box, I couldn't help but literally laugh out loud at the massiveness of the sub woofer; it's huge! It gives quite the kick. This system is a steal for the quality vs. price. I was going to save my money and go for the $150ish one... but I'm so glad I spent the extra $ and sprung for this one. I am very impressed and very pleased with my purchase.
